About the Coffee
Celinga is a small town with a coffee processing mill in the region where this dry/natural process coffee comes from. Natural process coffees refer to a processing method that uses sun-drying coffees on drying racks. This produces a much fruitier, sweeter cup of coffee, especially at the light roast levels. These flavors can be surprising to some “normal” coffee drinkers.
